Mindfulness

Mindfulness is brain training that brings you presence, awareness and a better life. It’s not about constant happiness. With mindfulness you learn to handle negative emotions better, thus changing their effect on your life.

You can’t change the world with the mind-set you created it with. Mindfulness improves your mind-set and thought patterns. Mindfulness is your way out of suffering, sorrow and unhappiness. To me it was.

To many people, lack of presence is the very root to their problems – to me it was. Today, I am a Mindfulness Practitioner educated at ‘Mindfulness Akademiet’. Here I share my knowledge and personal experiences.
