My Favorite Real Chocolate Cake

I ved, at jeg går højt op i også at nyde lækre sager blot for nydelsens skyld. Faktisk så tror jeg på, at en chokoladekage som denne er med til at holde mig både sund og slank. Ja, det lyder mærkeligt, men den er god nok. Kan du læse mere om HER.

Jeg elsker chokolade i alle afskygninger, men jeg er ikke det store kagemenneske, og derfor er jeg normalt ikke henrykt for chokoladekage, MEN denne er helt tilpas svampet, fedtet, våd og meget chokolade-agtig. Det er min absolut yndlingskage. Bedst af alt er den utrolig nem og hurtig at lave, og så kan den holde sig i køleskabet i et par dage.

Chokoladekage 

Ingredienser:
200 g sukker
2 æg
100 g mørk, smeltet chokolade
100 g smeltet smør
60 g hvedemel
Toppings: nødder, frugt, bær, siet kakaopulver eller hvad som helst du lyster

Fremgangsmåde

Tænd ovnen på 200 grader. Pisk sukker og æg, så det bliver tykt og skummer. Tilsæt den smeltede chokolade og det smeltede smør lidt efter lidt og rør til sidst melet i dejen. Hæld dejen i en springform (ca. 20-22 cm i diameter) beklædt med bagepapir. Bag kagen i 14 minutter. Tag den ud af ovnen og lad kagen afkøle. Top kagen med de toppings du lyster. Jeg synes, at den bliver rigtig fin, når man sier kakaopulver udover den.
Kagen er svampet og fugtig, når den lige tages ud af ovnen, men den stivner, når den bliver kold. Jeg elsker den kold! Den kan derfor sagtens bages dagen før og kan holde sig lækker i køleskabet længe.

You know that I on a regular basis make sure to indulge in something delicious only for the sake of its deliciousness. Actually, I believe that a chocolate cake like this is helps me staying both healthy and slim. Yes, I know that sounds weird but it is true. Read more about this HERE.

I love chocolate but I am not a cake person so there are many chocolate cakes that I am actually not a fan of. This, though, is my absolute favorite chocolate cake since it is wet, creamy and so chocolate-ish! It is my favorite cake, for sure. Best of all it is very easy and quick to make too and you can keep it in the fridge for days.

Chocolate cake

Ingredients: 
200 g of sugar
2 eggs
100 g of dark chocolate, melted
100 g of butter, melted
60 g of wheat flour
Toppings: nuts, fruits, berries, cocoa powder or whatever you like

Method 

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Beat in sugar and eggs, so that it becomes thick and foaming. Add the melted chocolate and the melted butter little by little and stir in the flour to the dough. Pour the dough into a springform (about 20-22 cm in diameter) lined with baking paper. Bake for 14 minutes. Remove from oven and let the cake cool down. Top the cake with the toppings you prefer. I like to spread sifted cocoa powder on top of it.
The cake is spongy and moist when it is just out of the oven, but it stiffens when it gets cold. I love it cold! Therefore, it can easily be baked a day before and can be kept in the refrigerator.
