World’s Best Healthy Chocolate Cake

Dette er og bliver min yndlings kage overhovedet! Der er utrolig mange sunde alternativer på kager, som smager utrolig lækkert, men hvor den “ægte” sukkerfyldte version dog smager en tand bedre, synes du ikke også? Dette gør sig ikke gældende med denne chokoladekage. Den smager så godt, og hvis ingen havde fortalt mig, at den var sund, så havde jeg aldrig gættet det! Du kan jo prøve selv at lave den og snyde een til at tro, at den ikke er sund, og se hvad de siger, hehe. Denne chokoladekage er uden mel, sukker eller noget som helst usundt. Nyd den i godt selskab, og du når hele sundheds-palletten rundt! 🙂

Denne sunde chokoladekage er fri for sukker og mel og indeholder desuden kakao, som er utrolig sundt. Kakao er fyldt med kostfibre, der fremmer en god fordøjelse samt virker udrensende. Kakao er fyldt med flavonoider og andre antioxidanter, som beskytter mod hukommelsesproblemer, hjerteproblemer, dårligt kredsløb og fremmer et sundt immunforsvar. Desuden er kakao proppet med mineraler, såsom magnesium, samt et stof kaldet theobromin, der gør dig i bedre humør. Denne kage gør dig altså sund og glad!

Sund chokoladekage 
Uden mel og sukker 

Ingredienser:
250 g mandelmel (jeg plejer at lave mandelmel selv ved at blende hele mandler i en foodprocesser)
250 g dadler, udstenede
5 spsk kakaopulver af god kvalitet
1 tsk vaniljepulver
6 æg
Evt. til topping
100 g chokolade, 70%,
Ekstra kakaopulver
Friske jordbær

Fremgangsmåde

Tænd ovnen på 165 grader. Har du ikke allerede færdiglavet mandelmel, starter du med at lave dette ved at blende hele mandler. Bland derefter samtlige ingredienser i en foodprocessor. Hæld dejen i en springform og sæt kagen i ovnen i ca. 30 minutter. Husk at holde øje med den, da den hurtigt kan blive lidt brændt på overfladen, hvilket den ikke må blive. Stil kagen i køleskabet indtil afkølet. Den smager bedst kold. Hvis tidspresset stil den i fryseren i ca. 35 minutter.
Hvis du har lyst til at lave den endnu mere lækker kan du tilføje chokolade og kakao på toppen: Smelt chokoladen i et vandbad og hæld udover kagen, mens den stadig er i springformen. Stil den i køleskabet indtil afkølet. Inden servering drys kagen med siet kakaopulver og top med friske jordbær. Velbekomme.

This is my very favorite cake of them all! There are so many healthy alternatives to cakes that taste incredibly delicious, but where the “real” sugar-filled version, however, tastes a bit better, don’t you think? Well, this is not the case when it comes to this chocolate cake. It tastes so good, and if no one had ever told me that it was healthy, then I would have never guessed it! You can  try yourself to make it and make someone believe that it is not healthy and see what they say. This chocolate cake is free from flour, sugar or any unhealthy stuff. Enjoy it in good company, and you get health on all kind of levels! 🙂

This healthy chocolate is free from sugar and flour and it also contains cocoa, which is incredibly healthy. Cocoa is full of healthy fibers that creates a good digestion plus cleanses your body. Cocoa is packed with flavonoids and other antioxidants, which protect you against memory loss, heart issues, poor circulation plus it promotes a healthy immune system. In addition, cocoa is full of minerals such as magnesium, and a substance called theobromine that makes you in a better mood. This chocolate cake really makes you healthy and happy!

Healthy chocolate cake
Without sugar and flour

Ingredients:
250 g almond flour (I usually make almond flour myself by bledning whole almonds in a food processor)
250 g dates, pitted
5 tablespoons cocoa powder of good quality
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
6 eggs
Additional topping
100 g of chocolate, 70%;
Extra cocoa powder
Fresh strawberries

Method

Turn on the oven at 165 degrees celcius. If you do not have ready-made almond flour, then you start making this by blending the whole almonds. Then mix it with all the other ingredients in a food processor. Pour the batter into a springform and place the cake in the oven for about 30 minutes. Remember to keep an eye on it, as it quickly becomes slightly burned which it should not be. Place the cake in the refrigerator until chilled. It tastes best cold. If you have little time place the cake in the freezer for about 35 minutes.
If you want to make it even more delicious you top it with melted chocolate and cocoa:
Melt the chocolate and pour it over the cake while it is still in the springform tin. Leave it in the refrigerator. Before serving, sprinkle the cake with sifted cocoa powder and top with fresh strawberries. Bon appetite.
